- SEEK my brother when he is lost — Luke 15:3-7
- The shepherd LEFT the 99 & SOUGHT the lost one
- The shepherd searched until he FOUND it
- A boy from Whitehouse was lost in a car accident - many searched or assisted those searching. It was several days before the child was found - did they consider giving up?
- Most people are lost & don’t know it! (Shelby & Kelly)
- Sometimes the lost are found alive & joyfully returned home.
- Sometimes the lost are found dead.
- Sometimes the lost are never found (woman in Middle TN)
- PREPARE myself to find the lost - Luke 15:8-10
- The woman cleaned up her mess and searched diligently
- Matthew 7:3-5 the mote and the beam
- Are you prepared to seek for the lost? If not, prepare yourself! Even if you are not successful in saving others, at least you will have saved yourself! 1 Corinthians 3:13-15
- WAIT and PRAY for my brother to come to his senses and return home - Luke 15:11-32
- In Shelby’s case, this did not apply.
- The prodigal son REFUSED to be found.
- He had to lose everything before he would come home.
- Some parents need to stop financing their children’s infidelity, else they will never come to their senses.
